DLP’s inception is closely tied to our Learning Director, Veronica’s, personal learning journey. During high school, she struggled with understanding traditional learning methods. However, her passion for netball carried her through to a sports high school and eventually to university.
Yet, her first year at uni echoed earlier struggles. Finally, a diagnosis of dyslexia transformed her approach to learning.
She started utilising visual techniques unaware at the time that they were grounded in neuroscience, combining this with insights from her sports performance training to excel.
Despite the challenges, Veronica graduated with a degree in Sports Studies and had the opportunity to work at Stadium Australia in her dream job. But after declining a role at her beloved Sydney Swans Football Club, she recognised her true calling was in Learning.
Joining forces with Karen, a C-suite leader with a strong emphasis on mentoring talent and operational excellence, they founded Digital Learning Partners, a venture deeply committed to the new era of digital learning, inclusivity and people performance.
