Veronica worked on what was a very large general ledger system upgrade program covering 24 locations globally and around 1700 training participants. [The] primary role was to manage the circa 250+ training sessions for the 1700 global users. This involved working with the system integrators responsible for developing content, the change management team, and the business learning teams.
Veronica managed all these relationships and the workflow to produce high quality training materials and training sessions that were rated as meeting or exceeding expectation by 95% of participants.
